Summary:


We are actively searching for a dedicated Project Manager who can deliver outstanding results. This individual should have a proven track record of effectively overseeing various building projects from beginning to end. They should be skilled in managing resources, adhering to timelines, and handling budgets, all while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities and excel in coordinating cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork, and prioritizing safety. The Opportunity:


Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support the scheduling of tasks and activities to meet project milestones.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.
  • Document and communicate project issues, risks, and resolutions.
Budget Management:
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
  • Contribute to cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure construction work meets specified standards.
  • Participate in inspections to identify and address quality issues.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, contractors, and clients.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns from stakeholders.
Safety Compliance:
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
  • Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Procurement Support:
  • Assist in the procurement process, including obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.

The Qualifications:


Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
