Ground Breaks And Excitement Builds For The New Cedar Point Sports Complex
With 10 indoor basketball courts that convert into 20 volleyball courts, a walking track, and Firelands Sports Medicine and Fitness Center, the new $28 Million Cedar Point Sports Complex will be open to visitors year round. Mosser Construction is the Construction Manager/Design-Builder for the project.
The impact the new Cedar Point Sports Complex will have on the local economy has the city of Sandusky and Erie County excited. With indoor sports facilities and the ability to hold year-round sporting events and tournaments, the new 233,055 sf sports complex will continue to bring visitors to the area in even in the non-summer months when Cedar Point Amusement Park and other local vacation hot spots are closed for the season.
