This project consisted of two phases which were referred to as Phase 3 (125,000 sf) and Phase 4 (130,000 sf). Phases 1 and 2 were from the original warehouse that Mosser previously completed. Phase 3 included a 500’ long x 250’ wide metal building addition to the existing warehouse, with Mosser pouring approximately 2,400 cy of concrete for the addition.

Phase 4 was a new warehouse located just east of the existing warehouse and addition. This new warehouse is a metal building, 650’ long x 200’ wide, for a total of 130,000 sf. Mosser poured approximately 3,100 cy of concrete for the new warehouse.
