Ohio National Guard: 200th Red Horse Squadron

Mosser completed the sitework and foundations for the supplemental power source for the 200th Red Horse Squadron of the Air National Guard at Camp Perry.  This cutting edge project created a 188 KW solar array which spans nearly one acre.

  • Precise tolerances were achieved as 312 custom-fabricated receptors were set in the concrete to support 2,592 solar panels.
  • The scope of work expanded as the solar company retained Mosser to complete the installation of the framing and support system.
  • Mosser installed 1,900 CY of structural fill to elevate the solar array.

Self-Performed Items:

Site clearing, excavation, storm sewers installation, soil stabilization, controlled backfill and compaction, concrete foundation pouring, and steel framework.
