Mosser Construction’s scope of work included pouring the concrete foundations for the wind turbine project for Cooper Farms.

Construction of the two towers began in mid-September, with work on the foundations. The turbines were delivered in November, with installation completed December 30.  Following testing in January, the equipment was fully functioning by mid-February.

• Two 1.5 megawatt wind turbines
• Tower height of each tower is 421 feet
• The turbines generate more than half of the plant’s energy needs.
