Influence & Integrity: Mosser Leads AGC and OCA

Mosser Construction is proud to recognize a distinguished milestone this year: three of its senior leaders are currently serving as chairs of three of Ohio’s top construction industry associations, an alignment that underscores Mosser’s commitment to advancing the construction profession statewide.

• Brian Geffe, President and CEO of Mosser, is currently serving as 1st Vice President of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Ohio. In 2026, he will assume the presidency. The AGC of Ohio is the statewide organization representing the commercial construction industry.
• Andy Boedeker, Project Executive, currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the AGC of Northwest Ohio, the regional affiliate supporting local contractors and professionals.
• Chris Carry, Director of Mosser’s Heavy Civil Division, Chairs the Toledo Chapter of the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA), which represents the heavy highway and civil construction industry across Ohio.

The concurrent leadership of these associations by Mosser reflects the company’s long-standing belief that guiding the industry from within is just as important as building high-quality projects.
