Mosser Company Meeting

Building the Future, Together: Mosser's 2026 All-Hands Meeting

Last week, the entire Mosser Group came together for a day that was as much about our future as it was about celebrating our present. It was a moment to pause, align, and reinforce the foundation of everything we do. From our various job sites to the executive offices, we gathered to share project stories, reflect on lessons learned, and chart the course for the milestones ahead.

As we look toward our 100th anniversary, our priority for 2026 is clear: alignment and coordination. We know that these are the elements that turn momentum into results. When we operate as “One Mosser,” we execute with more strength, communicate with more precision, and deliver with the consistency our clients and partners have come to expect from us for nearly a century. A sincere thank you to our guest speaker, Roy Hall Jr., whose incredible message and energy set the perfect tone for the year ahead.

This commitment to growth naturally led us into a time of celebration, where we honored the people who made this progress possible. We are proud to present Service Awards to recognize the enduring dedication and commitment of our team members. In addition to celebrating these years of service, we always look forward to honoring individuals who stood out this year for their exceptional embodiment of the Mosser spirit with the Mosser Way and Excellence in Safety Award.
