Congratulations to the Birchard Public Library, on the ground breaking ceremony for their upcoming renovation and addition project! Mosser is honored to be the CM at Risk on this new “chapter” for the library as well as the Fremont and Sandusky County community!

The new 8,500 sf library addition, located on the west side of the library, will include a state-of-the-art technology training room, areas to learn how to create sound and video productions, a Wi-Fi café, new children’s room with dedicated space for early literacy development and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) activities, sensory room for children with special needs, tutoring rooms, dedicated teen room, additional meeting rooms, local history room, ADA compliant restrooms and easily accessible entrance to the library closer to handicap parking spaces. Abundant parking will also be an added benefit for those attending various programs at the library.
