Summary
Mosser Construction Inc. (Mosser) has an immediate opening for a Heavy Civil Project Manager. This individual will be part of the team in implementing the company’s long-term growth strategy into an actionable and defined development plan. This position will oversee the day-to-day roadway and/or sitework civil construction activities within the Heavy Civil Construction division. Additionally, this person will be involved in the preconstruction process ranging from bid selection through project start.

- Effectively lead the project team to deliver projects to achieve client and project objectives.
- Assist in leading bid pursuits, identifying risks and areas of advantage along with resource availability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and work closely with the team to identify key milestones and minimize any impacts from outside sources.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all members of the Mosser Team, including senior management, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Work in conjunction with Mosser teams to create, own and maintain schedules, budgets, and contracts during the project planning process
- Participate in the development and implementation of safety plans and procedures
- Identify and prioritize high-impact, urgent issues by analyzing workflows, gathering team feedback, and leveraging project management tools. Collaborate with and lead project stakeholders, implement solutions, monitor progress, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Business or similar.
- Preferred 7-10+ years of construction industry experience in sitework and roadway construction industry
- Established history of delivering construction projects on time and on budget
- Strong knowledge in P6 scheduling and HCSS Heavybid software preferred.
- Department-level financial responsibility, budget creation, and management
