Murphy Tractor Project Update

Mosser is continuing to make great strides on the new Murphy Tractor Facility in Rossford. The project is a 30,000 sf pre-engineered building with a sales area and nine high bays for equipment service plus a fully dedicated wash bay.

Currently, the drywall work is finishing and is ready to be painted in the office area. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures are being installed in the shop area, while metal liner wall paneling work is being completed in both the shop and parts rooms. The garage doors on the new facility will be installed by next week.

Substantial completion is expected at the end of February.
