Murphy Tractor New Dealership

Murphy Tractor & Equipment is one of John Deere’s largest equipment dealers in North America, and this new dealership in Rossford, Ohio, now carries John Deere’s latest line of compact and construction equipment alongside some pre-owned units as well.

The new dealership is a 28,154 sf pre-engineered building that includes a sales area, showroom, parts warehouse, and an eight-bay area used for general equipment servicing. Each of the eight bays is accessible by an overhead crane to provide a much safer and more efficient maintenance and repair process. With all exterior hard surfaces consisting of concrete, there were over 3.5 acres of new pavement poured for this facility. Mosser’s scope on the facility included complete site prep, underground utilities, foundations, masonry, interior concrete, and carpentry finishes.

Prior to the construction of their new dealership, Murphy Tractor was in a smaller, shared building that was not suitable for their equipment maintenance needs. With the construction of the new Murphy Tractor building, the owner can now perform daily operations in a facility that has the required space for their work.

This new building is showcased on the corner of two main roads in a developing area, next to local highways for easy access to move their equipment to and from projects.
