The 29,000 square foot Herbert-Perna Center for Physical Health, located on the main campus of ProMedica Memorial Hospital in Fremont, is a state-of-the-art center that has greatly enhanced the physical and occupational health services available at Memorial Hospital. Its design provides patients and visitors with a first-class facility.

The Center features a large, naturally lit exercise area complete with weight training equipment and other rehabilitation equipment. The building also houses a heated, 30′ x 30′ therapy pool; six private exam rooms with X-ray equipment, clinical space and two screening and testing rooms; 13 private general rehabilitation units that cater to the needs of children, adults and senior citizens, men’s and women’s locker rooms and a pediatric gym.
