The site work for this $15,000,000 design/build plant expansion for Rexam Beverage Can Company began in January with 6’ of fill material at the building footprint to match the existing building finish floor. Rexam required flat, heavily reinforced floors for the mobility of palletized warehousing of 36’ tall stacked aluminum cans. The construction was reduced to four months as a result of team efforts with Rexam. Additional benefits were value engineering items such as the elimination of a proposed water tower and upgrade of a Factory Mutual approved sprinkler system and fire loop.

Mosser coordinated and installed additional foundations and pits for aluminum can production, matched special wall siding and maintained existing roof warranties to Rexam’s existing building.
