Mosser Construction was selected to design and build this 213,000 sf facility on 29 acres.

This new building allows future expansions and gives flexibility within the operating floor to arrange business in cell manufacturing, where less movement of the product needs to take place. Toledo Molding & Die is a Tier 2 integrated design and manufacturing source for engineered plastic components and subsystems in the North American automotive industry. It assembles and manufacturers automotive parts in five locations in northwest, Ohio.

The building is a pre-engineered metal building with a 30’ eave height and includes two 15-ton Class D overhead cranes that run the 662 ft. length of the building. In addition, there is a 35’ wide by 485’ long (17,000 sf) mezzanine that is supported by load bearing masonry walls, 23 truck docks, perimeter cast-in-place concrete abuse walls, and three 3,000 KVA electrical transformers.
