Toledo Public Schools: Marshall Elementary School

Toledo, Ohio

Mosser’s scope of work for Marshall Elementary school included concrete, masonry, roofing, windows, and miscellaneous architectural finishes.  Using site-specific orientation, southern sun exposure is maximized and controlled to optimize energy efficiency throughout the building. Marshall Elementary’s 45,984 sf modern design allows for natural lighting offering students a relaxed learning atmosphere. The new school also features an inviting two-story reading room, creating an environment where students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 can foster their interest in reading and learning.

“The breadth and depth of Mosser Construction’s knowledge and proven execution qualifies them to implement complex projects in a safe manner. I am pleased to recommend them as a subcontractor for future work.”
