Williams County Community Office Building: Renovations

Bryan, Ohio

Originally an old grocery store, this 31,774 sf building was renovated into a fully functional county office building serving Williams County. The renovation included the demolition of the south exterior face of the building, roof, all interior walls, ceilings, and flooring. All new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems were added.

New offices in the building include the Sherriff’s Department, 911/Communications Department, Ohio Means Jobs Department, Board of Elections, Department on Aging, Cancer Research Department, and Veterans Service Offices.

The beautifully detailed entryway features a new atrium with wood panels, natural daylighting, and a digital glass photo of the old Wood County Courthouse.
