The Mosser Group and its related companies are pleased to announce two recent promotions within its organization.

Brian R. Geffe, P.E., has been appointed President/CEO of Mosser Construction, Inc. With 24 years of experience, all with Mosser, Mr. Geffe, has held numerous positions including Vice President of Operations, and most recently, Executive Vice President. Brian was also the President of Contractors Equipment, Inc., a subsidiary of The Mosser Group.

Mr. Geffe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a registered professional engineer. He is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Ohio Contractors Association’s Toledo Chapter.

The previous President of Mosser Construction, Inc., Charles H. Moyer, will remain President/CEO of The Mosser Group.

Douglas A. Shealy, P.E., has been named President of Contractors Equipment, Inc. With over 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Shealy is also Mosser Construction’s Vice President, Heavy Highway Division. He holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a registered professional engineer.

Mr. Shealy is an Executive Committee Member for Toledo Chapter of the Ohio Contractors Association.
