As the prime structural concrete and masonry contractor, Mosser played a key role in this high profile downtown arena.  In one of the most critical elements of construction, Mosser placed over 90,000 sf of reinforced structural pan slab elevated concrete in two 45,000 sf decks at 20’ and 40’ elevations in 4 ½ months.  Experienced, efficient crews developed methods that beat company records with daily pours up to 250 cy of concrete. This craftsmanship provided the structure for a 250,000 sf arena with 8,500 fixed seats and 20 suites.  

All work was successfully completed under intense safety scrutiny from an adjacent OSHA office overlooking the site and Mosser also provided for all LEED certification requirements from using 100% recycled steel for structural reinforcements to environmentally-friendly caulking products.
