Mosser is pleased to announce the following management promotions within its organization as well as the addition of their new Director of Marketing and Business Development.

Matthew A. Wolfe has been named Vice President, Operations of Mosser Construction, Inc. Matt has been a valued employee of Mosser for 26 years and was most recently the Vice President of the Water Division where he oversaw the construction operations and the pursuit of new business in the market. In his new role, Matt will oversee operations in all construction divisions and be responsible for improving operational efficiencies to support the growth of the company. Matt is a registered professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo.

Andrew C. Boedeker was recently promoted to Vice President, General Building Division of Mosser Construction, Inc. Andy has been a highly regarded employee of Mosser for 32 years where he held the position of Project Manager in the commercial building market leading teams on several notable projects in K-12, higher education and health care sectors. In his new role, Andy will oversee operations and the pursuit of new business in the area. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo.

Mosser is also happy to welcome Emma Helvey, Director of Business Development and Marketing. Emma brings a variety of experience to the organization including community development work, statewide campaign and non-profit fundraising, and business development work within the construction industry in Lansing and Central Michigan. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Michigan State University.
