This project consisted of demolition and renovation work to an existing facility and a one-story addition to the east side of the building, totaling approximately 8,200 sf (3,900 sf renovation and 4,300 sf addition).  

This outpatient cancer treatment facility includes a relocated CT machine in the renovation portion, six new patient exam rooms, staff offices and waiting rooms. The facility also contains a linear accelerator room. This room is a concrete vault with 3’ thick concrete walls and ceiling including a section of 7” thick concrete walls with a portion of the ceiling that was 7’ thick.
