Mosser was hired for the design/build of this 118,000 sf pre-engineered steel building to accommodate Toledo Molding & Die’s expanding blow molding business.

The manufacturing facility is 112,500 sf with an additional 5,500 sf devoted to attached offices.

With a fast-track schedule, the facility was completed in five months despite site work beginning in one of the wettest months on record for Bowling Green since 1886.
