Mosser’s work on the 92,000 sf Vanguard-Sentinel Career Center project included the removal of the entire roof, all of the acoustical ceiling, and over half of the floors.  Masonry walls were added along with metal partition walls. New electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems were installed. Mosser then installed new acoustical ceilings and painted the walls.  New equipment was installed in the kitchen area. Educational casework, flooring, and roofing were also installed.
