Mosser served as the General Trades Prime Contractor on this 522,000 sf educational showcase where students train for careers as diverse as dental assistants and auto mechanics to cosmetologists, floral designers, and veterinarian technicians.  

The 30-month project required:

• 420,000 cy of concrete
• 150 tons of reinforcing steel
• 610,000 concrete blocks

Mosser was responsible for site coordination and scheduling among the 80 contractors involved in this landmark project for Penta Career Center.
