Bobby Basinger Promoted to Safety Director

Mosser is pleased to announce that Bobby Basinger has recently been promoted to Safety Director. Bobby first joined Mosser in 2015 as Safety Coordinator and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Safety Director in 2020. Bobby is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.

In his role as Safety Director, Bobby leads the safety department, overseeing employee safety training, maintenance of the company safety program, and supervision of safety on construction projects for The Mosser Group companies. Additionally, Bobby’s responsibilities include implementing all safety directives, monitoring safety performance, and implementing Mosser’s “Zero At-Risk” safety initiative. As an authorized OSHA Trainer, Bobby also leads injury prevention and OSHA compliance and promotes Mosser’s safety culture through motivation, education, monitoring, and corporate strategies.
