Women in Construction

Today, Mosser’s National Women in Construction Week spotlight is on Equipment Operator, Morgan Cross. Throughout her career, Morgan has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from pipelines to highways. Prior to becoming an operator, Morgan studied to become a teacher and earned her BA in Education. With a background in machine operating from previous jobs, she decided to join an apprenticeship and pursue a career in operating instead. Morgan said that she loves operating equipment and learning new things while also stating, “My only regret is not doing it sooner.”
