Al Mehlow

Mosser’s Chief Financial Officer, Al Mehlow, has been a part of the Mosser family since 2006. Volunteering and faith are at the core of his values. “I am fortunate and blessed to help out where I can, make a difference, and try to lead by doing.”

Al is dedicated to working with his church, Grace Lutheran. He is the Chairman of the Endowment Board, as well a Finance & Administration Committee Member for Living in Faith Together (LIFT). Al is also a Business Advisory Council Member for Sandusky County Schools.

One of his favorite organizations was when he was a member of Downtown Fremont. While a member, he helped organize the Christmas lights at Rodger Young Park, as well as the Farmers Market. “Decorating the park with all the lights and decorations is always fun. Seeing the joy that it can bring to the people is my favorite part of being able to work on projects like these.”

Al enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He recently went on vacation to Idaho with his son. Together, they rafted down the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, which is over 75 miles!

If you see Al, ask him about some of the different kinds of community work that he has done, or some of his favorite restaurants he visits with his wife. He has a very extensive list of activities and would be happy to talk about any of them!
