The 20 Under 40 Award has been recognizing young leaders who have distinguished themselves in their careers and communities across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan since 1996.

This year, there was a diverse group of over 150 nominees including doctors, lawyers, community activists, artists, and business leaders. Among the recipients, was our very own Emma Helvey, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Mosser Construction. Emma recently joined the Mosser Group of Companies Senior Leadership Team where she helps guide the growth of opportunities and talents within the company. Emma is actively involved in several community organizations including the Wood County Economic Development Executive Board and the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association Toledo/Northwest Ohio Chapter. She also served as co-chair for the 2023 Go-Red for Women campaign which happened to be a record fundraising year for the campaign and the organization.
