Mosser began the permit process and project design immediately upon award, followed by the placing and compaction of 6’ to 7’ of structural fill for the entire building addition. With the challenge of the design requirements changing from a warehouse to a manufacturing expansion, Mosser was still able to design, construct, and complete the entire project in less than five months.
