In addition to the original Maumee High School that Mosser completed in 1961, Mosser was awarded this exciting modern-day expansion, renovation, and addition project. It was rewarding to complete the building update with wiring/lighting upgrades, new ceilings and sprinklers, wood casework, updated wall/floor finishes and air conditioning.

Additions included a new administrative wing and performing arts center.  The new science wing was easily added above the pan deck, cast-in-place concrete structure which Mosser completed over 40+ years earlier.  

The entire project, won through competitive bidding as two separate contracts, was completed two months ahead of schedule through Mosser’s planning, project management, and productivity.
