As the general contractor for the project, Mosser provided preconstruction services for this state-of-the-art surgery center, a new addition to ProMedica Memorial Hospital in Fremont, Ohio.

Focusing on patient comfort and privacy, the design of the state-of-the-art surgery center includes surgery, post-operative recovery, waiting and discharge all on one floor, reducing patient transport and maximizing convenience. The surgery center also features:

• 18 private patient bays
• Four major operating rooms
• Four special procedures room
• Centralized admissions and discharge

The addition and associated site redevelopment work necessary to accommodate the new addition was completed on time and under budget while the hospital continued daily operations throughout construction.
