University of Toledo: College of Pharmacy Renovation and Collier Classroom Addition

The new pharmacy building on the University of Toledo Health Science Campus created new lab and research spaces, offices and instructional spaces. The project consisted of both new construction and renovation work. The major challenge was to complete the addition and renovated areas near occupied lab and instructional spaces while maintaining the construction budget and within the established construction schedule.
The Collier addition created new classrooms, a 500-seat auditorium, and support areas adjacent to the existing building. The project consisted of new construction and minor renovations. Another complex challenge was constructing the addition above the existing Collier basement while maintaining the integrity of the existing building.
