Mosser completed multiple concrete foundation packages for the 350,000 sf expansion including deep press pits for a 2,000-ton body press panel, troughs, tunnels, isolation pads and supported slabs. 

The 60’ tall expansion houses hot stamping, blanking and assembly processes, finished goods storage and new mechanical and electrical systems rooms.

Mosser finished the exterior enclosure with over 110,000 sf of 3” insulated wall panel system and an EPDM roof product.
